Reflections
Got a migraine while riding. Felt pretty weak while lifting. Not a great gym day overall, but I did it, so that's all that matters.

  1. How much protein are you getting a day ? You might want to up it with something like rice or soy protein shake (are these not vegan ?)


    How much water are you drinking ? Could the migraine be related to dehyration ?

  2. I don't really keep too close a track on my protein. I could add a shake, but I'm afraid that it would end up just being a bunch of empty calories.

    The dehydration migraine is probably right. Working on the water again. I used to be so good about drinking!
