Workout
2 hours riding, 90 minutes hard

cereal+raisins
bagel
beans+veg on spinach, apple
clif bar
pretzels
noodles+veg, fake chicken
brown rice bar

First experience using a Saris PowerBeam trainer tonight and I really enjoyed it. I'd buy one in a second if I had the money in hand.
